How to Make Three Layers Marie Biscuits Pudding

First Layer

Ingredients :

- 1 pack of Marie biscuits
- 1 sachet of plain pudding
- 500 ml water
- 5 tbs sugar

Steps :

1. Arrange marie biscuits in the bottom of pudding pan.
2. Combine plain pudding , water, and sugar in a saucepan. Whisk to combine and bring to simmer.
3. Using a spoon, pour the pudding mixture gently to the pan. Don't pour all the pudding mixture directly to the pudding pan or use a big soup spoon as the biscuits will float. Be patient when trasferring the mixture to the pudding pan.
4. Let it cool in room temperature while preparing the second layer.

Second Layer

Ingredients :

- 80 gr butter
- 4 eggs yolk
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 1 pack of plain pudding
- 7 tbsp sugar
- 500 ml milk
- 200 ml water

Steps :

1. Melt butter in low heat and trasnfer the butter to a bowl. Add egg yolks and vanilla essence to the bowls and quickly whisk until well combined, set asside.
2.  In a saucepan, combine plain pudding , sugar, milk and water and whisk continously and bring to simmer.
3. Add the egg yolks mixture, whisk until smooth and bring to boil.
4. When the first layer is set but still wobbly in the inside, gently pour the second layer pudding mixture using a big soup spoon.
5. Let it cool in room temperature.


Third Layer

Ingredients :

- 1 pack of chocolate pudding
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 300 ml milk
- 500 ml water
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips

Steps :

1. Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and whisk continously until the mixture is smooth. Keep whisking and bring to simmer.
2. To make sure that layers of the puddings are attached nicely, sometimes poke the layer below with a fork to make some small holes, then gently pour the pudding mixture with a big soup spoon.
3. Let it cool in the room temperaturethen refrigerate overnight or at least 5 hours before unmoulding the pudding from the pan. Please wait patiently for the pudding to be completely set and cold before take out the pudding from the pudding pan.
